Depending on the case or matter, we bill using hourly rates, flat fees or contingency fees. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your matter. We bill time in small increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients on a monthly basis. We only work for as long as a case or matter requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Retainers must be paid in advance. Please contact us for an engagement letter.
